Clutch Pump vs PTO
There are several key advantages to running a clutch pump over a PTO (Power Take-Off). With a clutch pump system, your vehicle is equipped with live hydraulics, meaning you have immediate hydraulic pressure any time the engine is running – regardless of RPM or gear selection. Clutch pump systems are also free from drivetrain limitations, making them a versatile alternative to PTOs.
